I spent many years despising the health space. The very one I had devoted my entire life to. I poured everything I had into learning another system, another program, only to find that none of them worked for me. 

In fact, in the process of doing "everything right," my health crashed and burned.

But it was in the pit of those lowest days that I finally saw  health for what it really was - an action, not a destination. Health has never been, nor will it ever be, a place you arrive. It's a way of life. More specifically, a part of your life. 

That means you are your greatest asset to health. The key is learning how to resource your body to live that out, knowing health is not some far-off destination, but something already inside of you. It's something you create. And that creation is always in motion, just like your life.  

Health isn't static. It's active. If you let it, that one shift alone can bring the freedom you've been looking for. The freedom to stop being attached to someone else's plan and start to create your own. 

Inside this refresh, I want to show you how to build your own framework.
