Not with more pressure or by trying to get your body right. But with one simple practice, walking. All you need is a pair of shoes and a willingness to start.

And on the other side? You'll be someone who finally stops starting over.

Last summer changed me
(and I didn't see it coming).

I genuinely thought I had health figured out. I'd been writing about it for years. 

But I realized something else. I was using movement to escape the anxiety, the noise, and the pressure of a life that felt like too much. Truthfully, I was using it to avoid the life I didn't like.

Last summer, inside this club, I decided to do things differently. I chose to stop walking away from my life and started walking into it. And I discovered something as simple as a daily walk could change everything, not just my body but also the way I was living.

In the process, I gained results I didn't expect: 

*  My nervous system regulated, and my anxiety shifted.
*  I shed 10 pounds: Not through extremes, but by showing up daily.
*  My relationship with God deepened in ways I hadn't felt in years. 
* I was more present in my daily life, and I showed up differently in my marriage, with my kids, and even for myself.

And somewhere along the way, I stopped wishing for a different life and started creating one.

None of it was because walking fixed me. But because it created space that helped me finally stop wishing for something different and start living it.

That's the testimony of this club. And I want it to be yours this summer.

What if I can't commit to walking every day?

Absolutely! The Summer Walking Club is designed for all fitness levels. Whether you're a beginner or more advanced, the focus is on building healthy habits, and walking is a great way to start at any level. Ultimately, you set your goal and your pace. Challenge yourself, but don't forget to keep it practical. 

What if I’m not in great shape? Is this for me?

All you need is a good pair of shoes, a device to track steps, such as a watch, a cheap pedometer, or your phone, and a willingness to move! We’ll provide the step counter, tips, and support you need to make the most of your walking journey.

Do I need any special equipment to join?

Along with your steps, you’ll receive weekly learning prompts to help you create health in all areas of your life - mind, body, and soul. It’s more than a step challenge. It's really about building habits that last, supporting you in living your healthiest life!

What will I learn during the Summer Walking Club?

You can track your steps however you like—whether through a fitness tracker, smartphone, or simply counting as you go. We’ll provide helpful resources and trackers (both online and manual) to make it easy. 

Do I need to track my steps manually?

I get it! This is an investment. Maybe you've even tried something before, and it didn't work. I promise this is different, and I would love to show you how. If you have more questions, please email me, and I'll do my best to help!
