Whether you're a beginner or more advanced, the focus is on building healthy habits, and walking is a great way to start at any level. Ultimately, you set your goal and your pace. Challenge yourself, but don't forget to keep it practical.
All you need is a good pair of shoes, a device to track steps, such as a watch, a cheap pedometer, or your phone, and a willingness to move! We’ll provide the step counter, tips, and support you need to make the most of your walking journey.
Along with your steps, you’ll receive weekly learning prompts to help you create health in all areas of your life - mind, body, and soul. It’s more than a step challenge. It's really about building habits that last, supporting you in living your healthiest life!
You can track your steps however you like—whether through a fitness tracker, smartphone, or simply counting as you go. We’ll provide helpful resources and trackers (both online and manual) to make it easy.
