All you need is a good pair of shoes, a device to track steps, such as a watch, a cheap pedometer, or your phone, and a willingness to move! We’ll provide the step counter, tips, and support you need to make the most of your walking journey.
Along with your steps, you’ll receive weekly learning prompts to help you create a personalized health framework that works for you. It’s about building habits that last and supporting you in living your healthiest life!
You can track your steps however you like—whether through a fitness tracker, smartphone, or simply counting as you go. We’ll provide helpful resources and trackers (both online and manually) to make it easy.
