For most of her life, health existed as something *just* out of reach. She witnessed women she admired follow diet fads in the ‘90s, endured college nutrition lectures where calorie counting was expected to fix inner issues, and owned a gym while suffering through a personal health crisis. After her third daughter was born she felt sick, exhausted, and burnt out — all while thinking to herself, “This can’t be it.” She realized she couldn’t give to others while she felt drained or empty, and pivoted her healing journey.
