The Living Well Collective is a community where people learn more about themselves: mind, body, soul, and life. Based on the belief that our bodies are designed to live well, we believe in making health part of who you are — while still living life in the process. Through practical guidance, subtle mindset shifts, and challenging the conventional, The Living Well understands that health is simply a tool to create a life well lived.

Who We Are

The Living Well is a space to feel seen and understood, to learn about the body you live in and the mindset it listens to. It’s a space where healthful, joyful living is something to be experienced — not achieved or checked-off a task list. It's where you stop waiting and start doing, making the conscious decision to feel better today. It’s where you foster space for good relationships, self-awareness, and the right mindset to feel inspired, energized, and empowered every day.

Most of us exist in energy debt, pulling from spare resources. When we practice self-awareness and differentiate between what serves us and what drains us, we transition from surviving to thriving

meet nutritionist and founder,

Alexa Schirm

For most of her life, health existed as something *just* out of reach. She witnessed women she admired follow diet fads in the ‘90s, endured college nutrition lectures where calorie counting was expected to fix inner issues, and owned a gym while suffering through a personal health crisis. After her third daughter was born she felt sick, exhausted, and burnt out — all while thinking to herself, “This can’t be it.” She realized she couldn’t give to others while she felt drained or empty, and pivoted her healing journey. Today, in an industry where health was made to be unachievable, Alexa breaks down complex ideas into simple, practical applications, proving all of us have the power to live well.

I wanted a space where people could learn about themselves and how to fill themselves up.  Health isn't about striving for perfection, it's understanding that being imperfect is the same as being human.

I BELIEVE HEALTH IS ATTAINABLE FOR ALL OF US WITHIN OUR GOD-GIVEN DESIGN. I WANT TO CHALLENGE BELIEF SYSTEMS, TO PUSH OURSELVES TO QUESTION ALL WE’VE BEEN TAUGHT ABOUT HEALTH. WE NEED NEW PATTERNS, NEW ROUTINES, AND A NEW FAMILIAR — BECAUSE THE OLD FAMILIAR IS WHAT GOT US HERE.
