    Alexa I am new to your podcast.
    I have a listen to a number of them.
    One that made a particular impression on me was #216, on hormone fix. I’ve taken lots of notes and I am intrigued by the concept of beliefs.
    You referenced changing your beliefs, but I do not understand the process in which we do this. Could you guide me to your specific podcasts that will tell me the process to change beliefs that are no longer serving me. I am very excited about the possibilities before me with this new understanding.
