We have had a lot of fun mixing mock-tails with the packets this summer and enjoyed a hot chocolate rendition during cooler temperatures. Here are a few fun ways to mix it up:
- 8 ounces water
- 12 sources of unflavored sparkling water
- 1 packet raspberry LMNT (or any flavor you prefer)
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- Mix the LMNT packet in 8 ounces of water.
- Pour into sparkling water.
- Add lime juice.
- Stir gently and enjoy.
Healthy Hot Chocolate
- 4 ounces hot water
- 8 ounces steamed milk (of choice)
- 1 packet chocolate LMNT
- Mix LMNT packet in hot water.
- Steam milk.
- Pour steamed milk over the chocolate mixture.
